To return or exchange any item you must call or email to receive an Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).  No returns will be accepted unless a proper RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.  Returns or exchanges must be approved within 30 days of receipt and received back 60 days after purchase.  Any non defective or damaged returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the initial purchase cost.  All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchasor unless a defective or damaged item is received.    We encourage all returned packages to have proper tracking numbers for better accuracy of returns.
