Q. How do I know if the item I am looking at is in stock?
A. All items shown on the web site are in stock in our warehouse, if they sell out they are removed automatically.
Q. What is the condition "new open box" of an item?
A. This refers to a product that has been inspected and found to be functionally new but the factory seal on the item is broken so we can not sell it as "brand new". We guarantee it to work as new and offer it at a discounted price.
Q. Where do you get your product?
A. Our products come from a variety of places but in general they are overstock inventory, end of life inventory, customer returns, refurbished inventory. All products pass our rigorous grading process to ensure all items meet a standard of quality which we put our name behind.
Q. How soon will you ship my item?
A. We take pride in getting your package shipped the same day as the purchase Monday - Friday till 3PM EST.
Q. Can I place my order over the phone?
A. Yes we would be happy to take your order direct through one of our sales representatives.
Q. I am not sure if your item will fit my computer, how can I tell?
A. Please contact us so we can help you determine the correct part for your needs.
Q. How do I return my order?

Q. I would like to buy a lot of one or more items, do you sell in bulk?
A. Yes, we can offer you bulk pricing for larger orders, please contact us for a quote.
Q. Is this a genuine item or a knockoff brand?
A. All items we sell are genuine product made by the manufacture listed. We do not support or sell third party knock off items.
Q. I'm having troubles getting my item to work, what do I do?
A. We suggest you contact the manufacture of the item directly for technical support as they know the product best. In the event they are not able to help you please contact us.
