Warranty and Refund Policy

All Items sold through www.inandoutcomputers.com have a 30 day warranty unless otherwise stated. If for any reason within the first 30 days of receipt you have any problems with the item(s) we will happily replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Returns will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) which can be issued by calling customer service at 207-361-3073. All Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, customer is also responsible for return shipping of non defective and non compatible items.

*Software that has been opened can not be returned for any reason, only unopened software can be returned for refund!
